In this post, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us during our release. It is a truly rewarding feeling when you buy the game and immediately start sharing your feedback.

We know the launch hasn’t been the smoothest, and the game currently has a “Mixed” review status.

But we are not discouraged, and we are not giving up! Our main priority right now is to carefully review all your feedback and make the necessary adjustments in the near future.

These upcoming changes will be directly based on your feedback.

We’ll be gathering all your feedback and continuing to improve the game together with you.

Results phase 2 of beta testing

The second stage of the City Car Driving 2.0 Closed Beta Test has come to an end, and we’re eager to share how it went with you.

In the end, we gathered 117 bug reports, 82 detailed surveys, and gigabytes of your gameplay footage. This is truly invaluable material for us.

Game Update Journal #8

You know, there are things that are always a little bittersweet to say goodbye to—even when you know it’s the right call. Today is one of those moments for us.

Before the redesign, we prepared some gameplay GIFs for our Steam page that didn’t make the cut. We’ve bundled them into a single archive and are sharing them with you. Use them, drop them in chats with friends—let them live beyond our internal folders and into your hands.

Results phase 1 of beta testing

Alright, the first stage is behind us! Thank you to everyone who played, broke things, wrote reports, and patiently answered our questions.

240 hours of gameplay, two dozen detailed reports, and several hundred bug reports. That was enough to spot patterns — where the game has real issues, and where there’s room to grow.

There were quite a lot of smaller fixes this time around, but as you know, it’s the little details that come together to create full-fledged mechanics and give the city that feeling of being truly alive.

We also see how eager many of you are to finally see more gameplay footage. So in this issue we’re happy to share a short clip with you – and there will be more video material coming very soon.

This period may not have been the loudest one, but it was an extremely important month for the project. We focused on polishing interactive objects, improving the UI, and fixing technical details that make the game feel more complete upcoming release. Here’s what we’ve accomplished.
